Have you ever really touch the cloud? It's possible, because there is Naesujeon Sunrise Observatory in Ulleung Island. Again, we had to walk to the top of the mountain. The wind was very strong plus the weather was cloudy. Thus, touching the cloud is not like picking the star on the sky anymore.
